A child who can't see the board can't learn. A child who can't read can't dream. Vision care isn't a luxury — it's the foundation for education, confidence, and opportunity. Yet thousands of Arizona children in underserved communities go without it.
VISION
An Arizona where every child sees clearly.
No child's potential should be limited by something as fixable as a pair of glasses. We envision a state where vision screening, eye exams, and eyewear are as standard as a backpack on the first day of school.
MISSION
Build permanent systems, not one-time charity.
We deploy mobile vision clinics, school screening pipelines, and bilingual education — then back it with data and policy advocacy so the work outlives us. We don't hand out glasses. We change systems.

I launched Eyes Have A Dream because I kept meeting kids labeled 'struggling students' — when really, they just couldn't see.
For too long, vision care in underserved communities has been treated as optional. Jay Jones is building something different: a permanent infrastructure — clinics, screening pipelines, advocates, and data — that ensures no child in Arizona is held back by an undiagnosed vision problem.
This isn't a campaign. It's a movement. And it starts with making sure every child can see the dream in front of them.
